The purchase of our new fraternity house on College Avenue, referred to as “447”, is a new and exciting milestone in the 42 year history of the Phi Sigma Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta at Florida State University.  
As such, we are celebrating this milestone with a House Dedication Ceremony on October 10^th and all Alumni, Undergraduate Brothers, friend and family are invited to spend the day with us as we commemorate this special day.  Festivities include:

-          A dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting for the new home of Phi Sigma

-          A catered lunch provided by local cuisine including

o   BBQ Pulled Pork main course

o   Baked Beans

o   Coleslaw

o   Garlic Toast

o   Iced Tea and Water

o   Desert

-          Live music from one of Tallahassee’s most popular cover bands, "Amp 65"

-          Guided tours of the new fraternity house

-          Pictures to remember this day with your fellow Graduates and friends with onsite photographers

-          Invited Guests include: TK Wetherell, President of Florida State University;  Mary Coburn, Vice-President of Student Affairs at Florida State University;  James Hunt, Assistant Director of Greek Affairs at Florida State University; Bill Martin, Executive Director of Phi Gamma Delta ; Brent Ellis, Chief of Section XIII at Phi Gamma Delta

-          Raffles and prizes for attendees of the event

2:30pm-3:30pm: House tours, pictures, meet and greet for arriving guests (appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks served)

3:30pm-4:00pm: House dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony, speakers and guest introductions (appetizers and drinks) raffle winners announced

4:00pm-6:00pm: Lunch and live entertainment

6:00pm: Leave for tailgating before kickoff
